Terms of service
What this site is, what it is not, and the terms you agree to by using it.
Effective 4 August 2026
Agreement
These terms are between you and Aeternus Performance LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“Aeternus Performance,” “we,” “us”), and they govern your use of aeternusperformance.com and everything published on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Two other documents form part of this agreement and are worth reading in full: our medical disclaimer and our privacy policy. Where this page and one of those disagree, that page governs its own subject.
What this site is
Aeternus Performance publishes educational reference material on human performance and on compounds discussed in that context. It describes what the evidence says and how strong that evidence is. Our editorial standards set out how we separate human trial evidence from preclinical work and from anecdote, and why we never merge them.
Several compounds described here are not approved by any regulator, and some are prohibited in sport. Where we record a regulatory status we say which document it rests on and how directly that document speaks to the substance. A status recorded here is a summary of a public record at a point in time. It is not legal clearance, and regulators move.
What this site is not
It is not medical advice, and using it creates no doctor-patient, clinician-patient or professional relationship of any kind. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease. Do not use it to decide whether to start, stop or change any treatment. If you have a medical question, ask a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. The medical disclaimer says this at greater length and governs.
It is not a shop and not a source of supply. We do not sell, supply, source, prescribe or help you obtain any compound or supplement described here, we carry no affiliate links, and we take no commission or sponsorship from anyone who does. We will not respond to requests for suppliers, dosing protocols or personal recommendations.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Using the content
Everything on this site — the writing, the structure, the evidence tiering, the compound entries and the design — belongs to Aeternus Performance or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright. You may read it, cite it, and share links to it. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link.
You may not republish substantial portions of it, sell it, or present it as your own. You may not use it to train a model that reproduces it, except as our llms.txt permits. You may not strip the evidence tiers, the regulatory notes or the disclaimers from any excerpt you reproduce, because those qualifications are the substance of what is being said, not decoration around it.
You also agree not to interfere with the site: no scraping that degrades it for others, no attempt to break into any part of it, no automated submissions to any form, and nothing unlawful.
The waitlist and email
Joining the waitlist means giving us an email address and ticking a consent box. It buys nothing, reserves nothing, and creates no obligation on either side. Any pricing mentioned in connection with a future product is an indication of intent, not an offer, and may change or not happen at all.
You can unsubscribe at any time, and every email we send will say how. What we store, for how long, and how to have it deleted is set out in the privacy policy.
Other people's sites
We link to primary sources — regulators, journals, registries — and to other third-party material. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. A link is a citation, not an endorsement.
No warranty
We work hard to be accurate and we correct errors when we find them, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at the moment you read it.
Evidence changes and regulatory positions change. Content carries a review date for that reason. Check it.
Limits of our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Aeternus Performance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site or your reliance on anything published here.
Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is so, the exclusions and limits above apply to you only as far as that jurisdiction permits, and nothing here limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and a material change will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, please stop using the site.
